Your Well-GLO coach will contact you and will provide you with a wellness path survey, and arrange a time to discuss your wellness vision, the WFPB lifestyle option, resources, and success habits. All services are customized to meet your goals and needs. All services offered by Well-GLO do not replace treatment or appointments you may have with a dietician, therapist, or physician.
How frequently you choose to meet with your Well-GLO coach depends on the level of support needed to meet your goals. Sessions will be customized for each individual and your experience with Well-GLO can be held in person or via zoom. Accountability is key and we are here to help. No matter where you are in your journey with wellness, personal wellness coaching can help you choose the best options for you!
