Whole food plant-based nutrition is a lifestyle. The term "whole" in WFPB describes foods that are not processed or are minimally processed. This includes eating as many whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes as you want. It's simply a return to whole foods, rich flavors, and natural health. A WFPB diet does not use added oil, salt, or sugar. Every culture offers WFPB options and your family recipes can be tweaked so you do not have to give up foods you love.
